Molcajete, Cielo, and Mar Y Tierra Fajita

Chicken, shrimp, steak, nopalitos, poblano peppers, chorizo, queso fresco, roasted tomato sauce, and cilantro with a jalapeño popper on top. Served in hot lava rock and on a hot skillet. Fajitas are served with rice, black, or refried beans, romaine mix, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and tortillas. Fajitas are cooked with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, and squash.
