Directions for use: Usage Suggestions: Stews: Saute chicken with onion, pour in Green Chile Sauce, season and cook. (Also for guisados made out of beef, pork, ribs or seafood). Huevos Rancheros: Serve over slightly fried corn tortillas topped with fried eggs. Enchiladas: Slightly fry each corn tortilla, dip into Green Sauce, fill with shredded cheese, chicken or beef, roll and bake them until cheese is melted. Pasta: Mix Green Sauce with cooked spaghetti, add parmesan or cottage cheese. Grilling: Baste on meat, poultry, fish or ribs before and during grilling.
