Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Flour, Leavenings (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Malted Barley Extract, Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Salt, Sugar, Buttermilk, Artificial Flavor Contains: Wheat, Corn, Barley, Milk
Farmhouse pancakes: 1 medium egg; 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk; 1 tbsp. melted butter; 1 cup farmhouse pancake & waffle mix. beat egg and milk together. add dry mix and blend well. stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. ladle onto 350 degrees f griddle and flip when air bubbles begin to pop. turn once and cook until done. (makes approximately 5-6 plate-size pancakes). farmhouse waffles: 1 medium egg; 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. water; 2 tbsp. melted butter; 1 cup farmhouse pancake & waffle mix. beat egg and water together. add dry mix and blend well. stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. (makes about 3-4 waffles, depending on size of waffle maker.) canister makes approximately three batches.
