Ingredients: 100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Vital Wheat Gluten, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar, 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, Banana Powder, Light Molasses (Refinery Syrup, Cane Molasses), Leavening (Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda), Natural Flavor, Sea Salt, Cinnamon Contains: Wheat, Gluten, Oat, Eggs, Milk, Soybeans, Tree Nuts
Muffin instructions: you'll need: 1 bag kodiak mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk of choice, 1/3 cup oil. preheat oven to 350 degrees f. combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. divide batter among 12 cups in a lined or greased standard muffin pan. bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. makes 12 standard muffins. quick bread: you'll need: 1 bag kodiak mix; 3 eggs; 1 cup milk of choice; 1/3 cup oil. preheat oven to 350 degrees f. combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. add batter to a greased and lined 8x4 inch loaf pan. bake for 45-50 minutes. let cool completely before cutting. optional add ins: you'll need: 1 ripe banana, mashed 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup chocolate chips. for high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees f.
