Ingredients: Alaska Pollock Fillet (Pollock, water, sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain fish moisture), Batter Coating (Water, Rice Flour, Wheat flour, tapioca dextrin, Salt, Whey, onion powder, baking powder (baking soda, sodium aluminum phosphate), dextrose, sugar, sunflower lecithin, xantham gum, spice, natural flavor, Vegetable Oil (Canola and/or Soybean Oil\\). Contains: Contains pollock, wheat, milk.
Directions for use: Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For food safety and quality, follow cooking direction below. Conventional Oven: 1. Move oven rack to middle oven. 2. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. 3. Arrange uncooked fish fillets in a shallow metal baking pan, leaving space between fillets. 4. Bake uncovered 22 to 24 minutes (fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees or higher before serving) until coating is golden brown and crispy. Turn fillets over after 12 minutes of cooking. Microwaving is not recommended. Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
