We cook in healthy oils. Duck Fat, Clarified Butter and Avocado/Olive oil blends, these are very expensive and worth it. Our bowls come with Spanish rice, Black or Charro beans, Oaxaca cheese, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole,
choice of protein. All are scratch made.
