Acetaminophen caplets are formulated to provide temporary relief from various cold symptoms. They help alleviate minor aches, pains, headaches, sore throat, and both nasal and sinus congestion. Additionally, they assist in loosening phlegm and temporarily reducing fever. Each caplet contains 325 mg of acetaminophen for pain relief and fever reduction, 200 mg of guaifenesin as an expectorant, and 5 mg of phenylephrine HCl as a nasal decongestant. These caplets are free from dextromethorphan HBr and are intended for use by adults and children aged 12 years and older.
