(8 oz.) kraft shredded cheddar cheese; chopped lettuce and tomatoes; breakstones or knudsen sour cream. 1. brown meat in skillet; drain. add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. mealwhile bake taco shells on baking sheet at 300 degrees f for 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. caution: do not heat taco shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk. 3. fill bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and taco bell mild sauce. pass the taco shells and let everyone customize their taco. makes 6 servings, 2 tacos each.
