Directions: microwave instructions: to cook entire bag of flav-r-pac southwest blend, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. for lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. allow to stand 3 minutes. season to taste. for ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes. stir and cook on high an additional 3-1/2 minutes. allow to stand for 3 minutes. season to taste. note: microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. stove top instructions: heat a frying pan and 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat and add entire package of flav-r-pac southwest blend, saute vegetables for 4 to 6 minutes stirring constantly. season and serve immediately. refrigerate leftovers promptly. for food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees f. do not refreeze! keep frozen.
