McCormick Golden Dipt Shrimp & Crab Boil Spice (3 oz)
A delicious blend of mustard seed, bay leaves, dill seed, coriander, black and cayenne pepper. This distinctive southern-style flavor complements shellfish without hiding the naturally good taste.
Ingredients: Mustard Seed, Dill Seed, Black Pepper, Red Pepper, Bay Leaves, and Coriander Seed.
Boiled crabs: place 10 quarts water, 2 bags shrimp & crab boil and 2 lemons, quartered, in large crab pot. bring to boil. add 1 dozen crabs; return to boil. cover. cook on medium-high heat at least 15 minutes or until crabs turn red. boiled shrimp: place 1 quart water, 1 bag shrimp & crab boil, 1 tbsp. salt and lemon, quartered, in large saucepan. bring to boil. add 1 lb. large shrimp; return to boil. cover and cook on medium-high heat 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. serve hot or refrigerate until ready to serve. serve with mccormick cocktail sauce. do not use if carton has been opened.
