Amazing 3-Day Juice Cleanse
The 3-Day Cleanse is designed to naturally boost your immune system, flush toxins from your body, feed vital organs with oxygen and cleanse your intestines and colon. Drinking these powerful nutrients contained in the live organic vegetable juices will result in increased energy, improved digestion, and promote healthy cell growth throughout your body. Not to mention, its own mini weight loss program for added benefit.
Suggested instructions:
On each of the 3 days, you will consume one (1) 64-ounce bottle of juice starting by 8:00 or 9:00 am (Black coffee only if you need). Drink 8 ounces of juice every hour, wait a half an hour and quickly drink as much water as desired. Repeat this every hour for 8 hours. You should finish your juice at about 5:00 or 6:00 pm without any solid food. The nutrition from the juice is enough to sustain you.
You will then eat a protein dinner. For example: broiled chicken or turkey breast (no skin), fish, boiled eggs, steamed vegetables, salad with olive oil and vinegar, lemon dressing on our Quinoa tabouli. Avoid red meat, starches, pastas breads, dairy, sugars and alcohol. If you are an individual who needs to eat during the day due to low blood sugar or other health matters you can eat almonds or we have protein bars that will sustain you.
Day 1: V6–LIVER & BLADDER “The Invigorator”(Apple, Beet, Carrot, Celery, Parsley, Ginger)
Day 2: GREEN JUICE “The Energizer” (Celery, Cucumber, Parsley, Romaine, Spinach)
Day 3: V10 – ULTIMATE INTESTINE & COLON CLEANSE “The Detoxer” (Carrot, Celery, Cucumber, Cilantro, Ginger, Garlic, Parsley, Romaine, Spinach, Lemon/Lime)

Each 64-ounce bottle of juice may be picked up fresh daily (we open at 8:00 am) or picked up the day before (we close at 3:00 pm)
