Directions for use: Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Prep: Season to taste. Skillet: Cook frozen patties in a single layer in a nonstick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until well browned on each side and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F, about 5-6 minutes per side. Grill: Preheat grill. Place frozen patties in a single layer, grill until well browned on each side and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F, about 5-6 minutes per side. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen patties in a single layer on a cookie sheet that is well oiled. The burgers will cook for approx. 8-10 minutes per side and until the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F. Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
