Directions for use: Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that can cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw product separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw product. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers or discard. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Perishable - keep refrigerated and cook thoroughly before serving. Use within 3 days of opening. If purchased frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 7 days. Do not refreeze. Skillet - Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high to high heat and cook for about 6 minutes, turning frequently. Grill - Pre-heat covered grill to 500 degrees F. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through. Griddle - Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475 degrees F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Fully cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
