- Premium White Pullman Loaf$8.09Our Premium Wheat Unbleached white Pullman is a mixture of our different wheat flours. It has a nice light crust on the outside but very tender on the inside. The bread is baked in the traditional loaf square shape also know as the Pullman loaf which comes from the Pullman box car. We make them fresh daily, If you like we can slice the bread for you on our bread slicer, you will get approximately 30 slices per loaf.
- Honey Whole Wheat (Not Sweet) Loaf$9.44Our Honey Whole Wheat bread (not Sweet) is a made with stone ground whole wheat which is entirely milled from a whole wheat germ. We do not used granulated sugar with this bread but instead use a very dark and rich Honey called bakers honey. We also add a Little bit of molasses to add to the flavor and to make the bread a little bit on the moist side. In traditional artisan style we coat the bread with Wheat Bran.
