Directions for use: Directions: Frying Pan or Flat Top Grill: For medium well: Place frozen patty in the pre-heated fry pan or flat top grill over medium-high heat. Cook for 4 minutes on one side. Turn and cook for 2 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Outdoor Grill: For medium well: Preheat gas grill at 350 degrees F or when charcoal turns white. Cook frozen patty 2 to 4 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 2 to 4 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Under the Broiler: For medium-well: Place frozen patty in pre-heated broiler for 6 minutes or until 160 degrees F internal temperature. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended; cook them frozen. Uncooked keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Uncooked keep frozen.
