Keep frozen until ready to use. mini fryer: 1. preheat fryer on high (375 degrees f). 2. fry 1 to 4 hash brown potato patties for 3 to 4 minutes. 3. drain on paper towels. season to taste. skillet: 1. heat 1/4 cup oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. fry a single layer of frozen hash brown potato patties for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. 3. turn after 5 to 6 minutes for even heating. 4. drain on paper towels. season to taste. caution: ice crystals or water droplets may cause spattering. add potatoes to hot oil carefully.
