Choice of seasoned ground beef or grilled chicken. A flour tortilla, diced tomatoes, black beans, and shredded cheeses, rolled and fried until golden brown. Topped with queso sauce and crispy onion or jalapeño strips. Served with Spanish rice, seasoned sour cream, and salsa.
