Honey Hi

At Honey Hi, we proudly source our fresh, local produce from the Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Echo Park farmers' markets. Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free — even our buckwheat sourdough bread! We only cook with organic olive oil, grass-fed butter, or coconut oil. When we sweeten, we keep it simple with honey, coconut sugar, or maple syrup. Our meats are grass-fed and pasture-raised, and we prioritize sourcing from farmers who practice regenerative agriculture.

Our sauces and dressings are made fresh in house and we never use seed oils in our dressings - just extra virgin olive oil. Our aioli is made with avocado oil. Our smoothies are made using organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We sweeten with whole fruit and never add refined sugars or fruit juices. Our House Milk is made from scratch using raw local almonds, pumpkin seeds, sea salt and filtered water. Our coconut milk contains no gums or fillers.
