Chicken Tibbs

Tender pcs of chicken breast sauteed in a rich mixture of spiced butter with garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables with a dash of turmeric with butter optional. Poultry. All entrees are served with traditional injera bread or rice and a side salad with house dressing. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer individual or family-style and traditional plating. Gluten-free injera bread is available upon request each for an additional charge.
