Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Mahi Mahi

Mahi-mahi fillet stuffed with shrimp, crab and mascarpone cheese, and finished in our wood-fired brick oven. Served with smoked gouda and bacon risotto and grilled vegetables. Topped with lobster cream sauce.
