- Crazy Classic Cheesesteak$13.00This is something that you will only find here on our truck. This creation is a lumpia inspired classic cheesesteak which is kicked up a notch by replacing the roll with a flour tortilla and deep-fried until golden brown.
- The RGM Cheesesteak$12.00This is our signature cheesesteak that people crave for. Simple yet satisfying. It's made with roasted garlic, mushrooms, and grilled onions.
- Srirachacha Cheesesteak$12.00This is just like our classic, but add in some sriracha, and finish it off with our sriracha-mayonnaise.
- Loco Moco Cheesesteak$13.00Bringing that Hawaiian twist to the cheesesteak, we use grilled onions, mushrooms, provolone cheese, gravy, and finish it off with an egg on top.
- Bourbon Crunch$13.00This idea came about after one of those late nights on the truck when we needed some munchies. It's made with grilled onions, mushrooms, bourbon sauce, and topped with chili cheese Fritos.
- Triple Threat Cheesesteak$12.00If you like cheese then this one's for you. Provolone cheese, white American cheese, cheez whiz, and it also has grilled onions.
- Bay Banger Cheesesteak$13.00You know we had to do this one for the bay! We threw in some bacon, added mushrooms, grilled onions, mushrooms, and mixed with our sweet honey barbeque sauce.
- The Veggie Cheesesteak$11.00We've got that veggie option as well. This cheesesteak is made with zucchini, eggplant, squash, mushrooms, peppers, and roasted garlic.
