Directions for use: Cooking Instructions: For food safety. Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Read and follow the instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer at several pots. Conventional Oven: Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees F. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 inch x 17 inch baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Amount: Full bag; Time: 28-30 minutes. Amount: Half bag; Time: 20-22 minutes. Keep frozen.
