Ingredients: Broccoli, Corn, Carrots, Cauliflower and Red Peppers.
Directions for use: Directions: Microwave Oven (Recommended): Do not pierce bag. Bag will begin to inflate during cooking process; special vents will allow the steam to escape. 1. Place unopened bag in microwave. Microwave (high) for recommended cooking time. Wattage: 700 watts; Cook Time: 4 1/2-5 1/2 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking times accordingly). Wattage: 1100 watts; Cook-time 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking times accordingly). 2. Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete cooking. Carefully remove bag from microwave using hold here indicators in the top corners. 3. Open carefully to allow steam to escape. Season to taste. Caution: Product and container will be hot. Stovetop: 1. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine desired amount of vegetables and 1/4 cup water. 2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain; season to taste. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen. This side up in microwave. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
