Kitfo

Minced meat gently pans mixed. Lightly buttered with purified typing Ethiopian butter and mixed again with typical Ethiopian mitmita (hot pepper). Served with injera. It comes with homemade cottage cheese. This is a more grounded beef steak very rarely cooked.
