Fresh food tips: to preserve freshness, squeeze all air out of bag before sealing. to safety defrost, place frozen food in glad bags on a plate in the refrigerator. do not defrost on the countertop. when microwaving, open zipper about an inch (2 or 3 cm) to vent and place bag on a plate. caution: handle hot bags with care. so many uses: marinating, pantry, tools, travel. microwave safe. yellow and blue make green seal so you know when the bag is closed.
