A hearty broth-based soup most often. Made with beef broth slowly simmers in charoions, ginger, cloves, cinamon and star anise, all soup are served with rice noodles, beansprouts, green onions, white onionsbasils jalapeños.

Rice noodles served in a bowl with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, ground peanuts, green onions, shallots and house fish sauce on side.

French bread.spreading with butter,pate', cucumber pickled carrot,cilantro, siracha jalepenos.

Served with jasmine steam rice lettuce, cucumber, green onions, shallot, and house fish sauce.
