If you’re not familiar with a limelight white pizza, it’s a pizza made without tomato or marinara sauce, and topped with white cheeses, olive oil and minced garlic. Mix together ricotta, salt, pepper, and herbs and spread mixture into a thin layer across the pizza. Layer with thin slices of fresh mozzarella, and a sprinkle of pecorino cheese. The pizza pie is baked to perfection in our coal-fired brick oven at 1400 degrees. It’s also called pizza bianca.
