Ingredients: Basmati Rice: Basmati Rice (Water, Basmati Rice), Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, Turmeric. Vegetable Mix: Chickpeas (Chickpeas, Water), Green Peas, Cauliflower, Carrots. Biryani Sauce: Onions, Water, Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, Tomato Puree, Tomato Paste, Ginger, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, and Contains 2% or Less of: Spices, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Turmeric, Red Chili Pepper. Garnish: Roasted Cashews, Caramelized Onions (Onions, Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil) Contains: 'Contains Tree Nuts'
Directions for use: Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Preferred method. 1100 watts. Remove tray from carton and peel back film at one corner for venting. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Peel film back, stir well to coat rice with sauce, replace fil, cook on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes, stir and serve. Do not thaw. Do not use a toaster for oven. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer food to an oven-safe dish and cover with foil. Cook for 30 minutes, stir and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes. Let stand 1 minute, stir and serve. Ovens and microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Caution: Product will be hot! Do not thaw. Do not use a toaster oven. Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
