Our Pounded Yam aka Fufu is a traditional Meal that comes with various stews. The most popular is Egusi.
Pounded yam is exactly as it’s name implies. Pounded cooked yams.
Egusi is Spinach cooked in a melon seed sauce with different traditional spices.

Eba is made with fried cassava called garri, it is cooked in hot water to form a stiff Doug. It’s eaten most commonly with Okra stew in the west region of Africa.

Amala is a traditional swallow that is made out of yam and cassava that has been dihydrated and cooked in hot water to form a smooth soft like Dough. Amala is mostly commonly eaten with Ewedu. Ewedu is made with Jute leaf.
