Bandeja Paisa (Colombia)

The main characteristic of this dish is the generous amount and variety of food in a traditional bandeja paisa: canary beans cooked with pork, white rice, fried pork, fried egg, plantain, chorizo, arepa, avocado, black pudding (morcilla), and lemon.
