Our Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is made from fruit from the four eastern AVAs of Paso Robles, which feature a diverse range of ocean influence, rainfall, elevation, exposures, and soils. Picking fruit from these diverse regions allows us to build layers and texture in our Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. We age the wine for 18 months in 40% new French oak, helping to harmonize the fruit and tannins and lend a softer, sweeter mouthfeel.This wine offers concentrated ripe black cherry, blackberry, raspberry fruit leather and cassis flavors, and velvety tannins that beautifully complement the rich fruit.Layers of berries, caramel and notes of blonde tobacco linger on the persistent finish.
