Directions for use: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 2 cups hot water; 1 cup milk. 1. Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. 2. Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and pasta. Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. You Will Need: 1 (15-oz) can black or pinto beans rinsed & drained; 2 cups hot water; 1 cup milk. 1. Heat: Add rinsed and drained beans, hot water, milk, sauce mix and pasta to a 10-inch skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling. 2. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. Add your own twist! Stir in 1 cup cooked corn and 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles before simmering. Top with fresh salsa and shredded cheese. Storage recommendation: Refrigerate leftovers.
