Directions for use: Directions: Bake: Heating Instructions (Since cooking equipment varies, cooking times are approximate): Place calamari in a single layer on a broiling pan sprayed with a non-stick coating. Heat in oven at 400 degrees F for about 10 min. on the center rack; carefully turn calamari over and heat another 8-10 min. Calamari are ready to eat when golden grown and crispy. Deep Fry: Deep Fry: Deep fry at 375 degrees F for 3 min. or until golden brown and crispy. Keep frozen / Do not refreeze. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen / Do not refreeze.
