Directions: cooking instructions: bring large pot of water to boil. add simply asia udon noodles to boiling water. cook for 8 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. if water starts to boil over, reduce heat. drain well. use immediately in your favorite soup, stir-fry or cold noodle dishes. tip: if noodles begin to stick together, rinse lightly with water. for use in cold dishes, rinse well with cold water & drain again.
