Labna (Cream Cheese)

Labna or labneh is a Middle Eastern staple. It’s made by removing excess whey from salted yoghurt, which results in a velvety, cream cheese-like spread with a lightly sour note. It's served with extra virgin Olive oil that's imported from Jerusalem. It can be served alone, topped with mint, or served with persian cucumber slices or Pickled Olives. Choose what you like or add them all!
