Much Ado About Pizza

Much Ado is one of Yelp's 2024 Top 100 US restaurants ALL of our SOURDOUGH pizzas come in one size (feeds 2-3). ALL pizzas are made with our very own SOURDOUGH family recipe. We use our very own sourdough starter (Shakespeare) and do NOT add any sugars or preservatives. We also do a special pre-fermentation process, by hand, called a "Biga" and then we mix the biga into premium 00 flour to make our sourdough pizza dough balls. Next we place the dough balls into the fridge where they ferment for 72 hours until we hand-toss YOUR special order. All of this love and care for our dough makes a sourdough pizza crust that is uniquely delicious and mouthwatering. Making our pizza one of a kind and... Easier for YOU to digest! A bountiful array of fresh greens ,green onion and cherry tomatoes. Comes with your choice of dressing (Ranch, Italian, Fig balsamic) on the side. Salads are pre mixed, *no substitutes please.
