Salted Caramel Cheesecake

Caramel, cooked with sugar until dark amber, stirred in with fresh whipping cream, and butter. Blended into a graham cracker crumb crust, folded into a layer of cheesecake batter, then salted, and dolloped on top. Bruleed for a golden caramelized edge.
