In the carnivore world this is a grilled pork dish. On this cruelty free menu, i have replicated the flavor by using the same but vegan, marinade, which starts with a lions mane broth then slow cooked to perfection with freshly ground herbs, toasted chiles, fresh citrus and freshly in house juiced pineapple and topped off with a few tablespoons of love. The “pork” is king blue oyster mushrooms and jackfruit that after marinating it is grilled w a little crispy to the outside of the “meat” to replicate the grilled and sliced pork off a spit (of which it is traditionally cooked with). Topped with grilled pineapple and fresh cilantro and red onions on a flour tortilla with savory Mexican rice and heirloom beans. Choose between brisket, birria, duck, or chicken, cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions and peppers on a flour tortilla.
