Conchas or Molletes

Conchas are sweet rolls, often infused with flavors such as vanilla or chocolate, and topped with a sugar cookie-like paste. Molletes are typically toasted bread, commonly bolillo, layered with refried beans, cheese, and then garnished with pico de gallo.
