Shredded cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, water chestnuts, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, pea pods, and egg stir fried with tender pieces of beef in our house moo shu sauce with a hint of spice. Comes with 4 moo shu pancakes per order and a side of hoisin sauce. Best way to describe this dish, it’s like rolling your own fajitas but Asian style.
