BBQ Chicken

1/2 chicken includes thigh, breast, and leg painted with homemade kc sauce. (May be replaced with two quarters in the event we do not half whole chicken) Chicken is SMOKED and may appear pink, it is NOT undercooked. They are smoked to perfection. "well done" requests are not honored. It comes one way as meat is smoked and fully cooked.
