This dough starts like our Country Sourdough with an organic whole grain flour blend of regionally sourced and stone-milled grains, plus our locally grown and freshly milled Rouge de Bordeaux flour. We incorporate a blend of seeds both spread throughout the crumb as well as toasted on the surface of the crust. This is one of our staple breads. This loaf is naturally vegan and, like all our items, leavened and fermented only with our sourdough starters. This bread makes a versatile base for sandwiches, avocado toast, and soup. It's differentiated from our Country Sourdough with additional textural components and complex nutty flavors of various seeds and grains.
