  Our classic sourdough and the base flavor for most of our vegan offerings. If it's your first time to Proof, you'll likely want to start here. We use regionally sourced organic and stone-milled whole grains to craft this artisan sourdough. A portion of the flour is organic, sourced from Central Milling, and the rest is locally grown Rouge de Bordeaux that we mill fresh in-house at our Shea location. Harriet (our starter) really shines in this extensively fermented and naturally leavened loaf, especially teamed up with a little bit of rye starter to create a deeper flavor. Pro Tip: This bread is best for anyone who enjoys a variety of toppings on a solid base. Serve it plain with a bit of butter, enjoy it as an avocado toast, make a sandwich, or create whatever you want! Ingredients: Organic Whole Grain Flour, Locally Grown & Freshly Milled Rouge de Bordeaux, Water, Harriet (our sourdough starter), Rye Starter, and Sea Salt.

  Part of our ancient grains series, and the first bread on our menu to be made with flour milled in-house at our Shea location. Khorasan wheat contains more protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals than most modern wheat. This loaf is hearty, delicious, and of course it's sourdough. Ingredients: Freshly Milled Khorasan, Flour, Water, Salt, Harriet, Less Than 1% Honey
