Pour this full package of mix gradually into 2 quarts of room temperature water. 3. Stir briskly with wire whisk until smooth, bring to boil (212 degrees F / 100 degrees C) and continue to stir until thickened. Yield 74 fl. oz. Serve immediately or hold on steamtable. For Smaller Quantity Preparation: Yield: 1 qt + 1/2 c; 2 c measured sauce mix; 8 oz (226 g) dry weight sauce mix; 1 qt water.
