Special Rolli
- Ponzu Paradise$12.15Who doesn't love ponzu? Inside of the roll you get delivered fresh salmon and thinly diced cucumber. On top of the roll we decorate with our yuzu ponzu mayo. Our ponzu is made in house (duh!) with real yuzu from Japan and steeped shiitake mushrooms to bring some earthy umami. Then we complete the artwork with pickled pickled beets and masago. Beautiful and delicious, just the way we like it.#2 most liked
- Seoulful Kick$13.15It all starts with our ahi tuna tartar that we toss in this incredibly delicious house sauce that has us wishing we were in Itaewon drinking soju until the sun comes up channeling our inner K-Pop star. We bring it back to reality with some fresh cucumber, a sliver of jalapeño, another drop of Seoulful Kick Sauce and a bit of yuzu tobiko.
- Zesty Shrooms$9.44This one is a banger. If you like mushrooms, look no further. We take shiitake mushrooms and marinate them in our yuzu kosho vinaigrette sauce to give it a savory citrus flavor that has turned some of our non-mushroom-loving staff into believers. We then dust it with a sesame garlic crunch combo and togarashi for some spicy.
- Yum Yum Yam$8.39Sweet potato...our starchy orange friend. We do a double tempura fry on the sweet potato before adding avocado for the inside of the roll. We then top with our house cut, house pickled beets. Deliciously simple and sophisticated.
