Vietnamese Crepe

A traditional mixture of shredded steam chicken and shrimps, stuffed with bean sprouts, onions, scallions. Lightly fried in rice flour and coconut milk, turmeric aroma. Served with lettuce, herbs, homemade fish sauce.
