Ingredients: Spinach.
Conventional cooking: 1. place frozen chopped spinach and 1/2 cup water into a 1 quart saucepan. for full bag: place frozen chopped spinach and 1/2 cup water into a 2 quart saucepan. 2. place on high heat and bring to a rapid boil. 3. cover and reduce heat, cook gently 4-6 minutes or until tender. 4. drain, season to taste, and serve. microwave: 1. place 2 cups frozen chopped spinach in covered 1 quart casserole. 2. microwave on maximum power for 3 to 4 minutes (times may vary from one microwave oven to another) total. for each additional cup of chopped spinach add 1 1/2 minutes of cooking time. 3. stir chopped spinach after first half of cooking time.
