[LIMITED] Crème Brûlée

Our owner's favorite dessert to make during his multi-course dinner parties was Crème Brûlée. Our team hand-separates hundreds of egg yolks per batch to create our house-made custard creme. Real egg yolks, cream, and sugar are emulsified and tempered using a Bain-Marie to create our signature Crème Brûlée foam. We then dust the top with sugar and torch it for that satisfying crack.
