Microwave Oven: (1000 watt): Remove wrapper. Place on microwave-safe plate and cover with a microwave-safe plate or lid. Cook for 50-55 seconds per side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let sit 1 minute. Caution: Contents are hot! Keep frozen. Storage recommendation: Keep frozen.
