Ingredients: Potatoes, Onions, Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell Peppers, Dextrose, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Promote Color Retention).
Directions for use: Cooking Instructions: For food safety. Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Do not thaw. Read and follow the instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer at several spots. Skillet: Preheat 4-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Evenly spread half bag of frozen potatoes across cooking surface to a thickness of about 1/2 - 1 inch. Cook for 5 minutes, turn potatoes over, and cook an additional 5 minutes. Electric Skillet: Preheat 4-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil to 375 degrees F. Evenly spread half bag of frozen potatoes across cooking surface to a thickness of about 1/2 - 1 inch. Cook for 6 minutes, turn potatoes over, and cook an additional 6 minutes. Frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to spatter. Please add product carefully. Appliances vary.
